Welcome! I am Sharon Gorman and as the founder of the company, I want to take a moment to briefly explain the way we work and our company goals at Certified Care Management. All of the members of our team are dedicated and experienced in the field of aging and wellness, in a variety of ways, with the following shared philosophies.

From the initial contact with a team member, whether we develop a specific plan or just let you know that there’s help out there, we personally hope you come away saying some version of, “I feel better already”.  We then actively listen to your needs so that we can individualize your experience and meet your goals.

No one person or situation is alike and it will take time to best know you. With your assistance, we can create a plan to reach the best outcomes available to you. We utilize our skills and guide you through your personal journey to find the services and support needed, with a sincere objective of saving you time, money and emotional cost. 

It goes without saying that we are who we are because of the people who came before us, be it our families, our clients or leaders in our community. At Certified Care Management, we never forget that and we feel honored everyday to be in service of others!
